Refund Method:

Returns are refunded through store credit in the form of a Mega Scrubs Gift Card, which can be used for size exchanges or future purchases. Processing of returns typically takes 5-7 business days from the receipt of your item(s) at our Distribution/Fulfillment Center. To receive your store credit, please initiate your return through our Return Portal.

Return Eligibility:

• Size Exchanges Only: Returns for size exchanges must meet the criteria listed below.
• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and include the sales receipt or invoice. Failure to include the invoice may delay the return processing.
• Please note: Non-eligible items will not receive credit.

Return Process, Shipping Labels, and Costs:

1. Begin your return process through our Return Portal.
2. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice generated from the online Return Portal.
4. Returns must clearly indicate the items being returned. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays in processing.
5. Mega Scrubs does not provide shipping labels for return parcels. You may use any shipping carrier of your choice to return your items.
6. Shipping costs for returns may vary depending on your location. Generally, shipping charges are 15-20% of the return value. The exact cost will depend on where the package is being shipped to.
7. Mega Scrubs is not responsible for any return packages lost or stolen during transit. Please retain proof of postage and/or return tracking number for reference.

Refund Procedure:

• Refund Method:Refunds are issued in the form of a Mega Scrubs Digital Gift Card. No cash refunds are available.
• Inspection Process:All returned items undergo inspection by our Fulfillment Center QC team. If an item is unsellable, used, or does not meet return eligibility, no credit will be issued.
• Processing Time:Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via a Mega Scrubs Digital Gift Card for the equivalent amount, excluding shipping and handling fees.
• Delivery of Gift Card:The digital gift card will be sent to the email address provided during the return process. It can be used immediately for online or in-store purchases. The digital gift card expires 5 years from the date of issuance.

Final Sale/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are considered “final sale” and are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

• Scrub tops and pants that have been worn or washed
• Medical accessories
• Underwear and socks

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team at support@megascrubs.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be prepared to submit photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item as proof.

Rights Reserved for Returns:

Mega Scrubs reserves the right to define, restrict, decline, or reject returns under the following circumstances:

• A pattern of excessive returns that suggest “wardrobing” (buying items to wear once and return them).
• Returns involving items that have been used, modified/altered, washed, damaged, or are incomplete.
• Suspected fraudulent or criminal behavior.
